Preorder code amazon no patio stuff

Hi, glad to see sims 4 on ps4! U have my amazon Preorder code for deluxe party edition, I redeemed it and the patio stuff did not come with it. Will you be able to help?

Keep in mind The Sims 4 Perfect Patio Stuff needs to be installed as well for it to appear in-game: https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP0006-CUSA09216_00-TS4PERFECTPATIO0

You can try to install it from inside the game or from the PlayStation Store.

If you open the game, and check the packs list, does it give you the option to download or purchase it?

If needed, please, contact Sony with your code at hand so they can help verify the code was correct.
