[PS5] Cats & Dogs DLC. Unable to restore. [ Edited ]

I am unable to restore / download the Cats & Dogs DLC as it no longer exists on its own. 
All other purchased DLC are ok except C&D. 
I realise this has been asked for the disc version but not  as DLC. 
In game it says I own it and it needs to be downloaded but I can’t. 
many help appreciated.

@LordSwift007 I just recently transferred all my packs to the PS5. Is this still an issue? I highlighted Sims 4 on the home screen, then pressed "options" (I know that's not the name anymore) then selected "manage game content" and downloaded everything that way. Does that work for you?

@LordSwift007 Are you trying to download the DLC from your library?

Does the Cats and Dogs bundle with My First Pets in the store have a price on it?

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to download from the store. All other DLC previously purchased were ok. Just Cats and Dogs. 
No the bundle does not have a price. Just unavailable.

No. Only the cats and dogs DLC.

@LordSwift007 Thank you. If you have any screenshots you could post in your thread, that would be helpful. Maybe one of the store saying the packs are unavailable to you.

I'll keep your report separate from the other Cats and Dogs issue threads, as it's for moving data to the PS5. The issue I believe is still the same, just a different platform.

Thank you for this. I just got my ps5 today and that's the only pack that wasn't showing up and the reason for the error saying incomplete data
