PS4 bug can't interract with anything.

Hello, I'm having an issue on the PS4 version. At some points the game will glitch and my sims are still doing what I last assigned them to do and time is still passing but I cannot click on or interact with anything. I can't click sims, objects or pets. They all highlight and make the click noise but no interactions come up. If I go wait in the options or build menu for a while it works again but only for a few minutes before messing up again.

I had this same problem, too and I had to turn off my game to fix it 😩.
