PS4 Sims 4 I can't save my Creations to My Library

So we are just supposed to delete All our hard several hours of work every time we get an ERROR that DOESN'T allow us to save our creations to the library!!??                                                     That's your ridiculous fix? Am I getting this right? That's How EA and Sony told PS4 players to 'fix' it?

@Ravenwolfe1 It's 2020 and we still don't have a fix for the error not letting PS4 players Save their creations to the Library ? Am I getting this right? If there is a fix for PS4 Sims 4 players it's over do so please tell people what the fix is,thank-you.
