I can't download lots from Gallery [ Edited ]

@Tigerrun777  Does the same thing happen when you download try to download from only the console sort and not the combined gallery? The PC is on a different patch from us. We can't' even see custom content anything on console so I don't believe that's the issue.

I can see households on the gallery and it's obvious that cc is used I'll take a picture of a household that I know uses cc and it is visable on the PS4 gallery.

2016 years old angel cc visable on ps4 Harry potter Hogwarts also uses cc so you can see them on the PS4.

@Rachelharris31  It was mentioned in one of the tweets that if there was CC that wasn't marked correctly and got through the filters that the household or lot wouldn't place correctly. Kind of like when you put down a lot from the library without owning all the packs. All that aside, it isn't the issue the OP is having.

You are certainly welcome to talk about CC being in the console sort, but can you please make a new thread about it in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-and-Feedback/bd-p/the-sims-4-game-information-en

I understand now that what I said is not the issue it's about not having a newer version of the game I've just checked it's also what it says on my game when I try to download something.

Other players have reported having issues to upload content as well, and The Sims team is already looking into it.

A possible workaround, if you want to try:

• If it's a lot or room, you can try placing it in the world, making a small edit and saving it to your Library again. Then check if you can upload the item you just saved.
• If it's a Sim, load them in Create A Sim, and try to save them again to your Library. Then check if you can upload the item you just saved.

Does it happen with items that were uploaded before yesterday as well?

PC/Mac players received an update yesterday that is not available on console yet, so the content they have uploaded to the Gallery since updating yesterday is not downloadable on console yet. You can 'like' that content to save it for a later download.

You should be able to download any content older than January 16th - try to filter by 'Most popular' instead of 'Newest' to find some awesim content

Every single time I go into the gallery to download something it says that it is a newer version of the game but I have it completely updated and it still won’t work. I am on Consol if that helps with figuring out the problem
