No option to turn off fame walk. PS4

There is no option to turn off my sim's fame walk. She got it at level 3 fame and I have even had her step out of the spotlight to try to get rid of it. I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled but I load my save it's still the same. I have all available packs for console and I'm playing on PS4. I had the option previously, this seems to have happened when I downloaded Strangerville (the day of release) as best I can tell. I have been struggling with it because I have a lot of time invested in this sim but it's ruining my gameplay.
