My sims 4 is not loading

My sims game will not load… i’ve tried unplugging the ps, data rebuilding, exiting and coming back, turning off the ps, waiting a few minuets and restarting it but it will not work. Is there anything i haven’t tried?

Please try all the steps listed out in the thread here, and let me know if you still get stuck on the load screen.

Definitely annoying. Everything was working fine until my game started to get glitchy so I went out restarted my console and then it does the same exact thing. Genuinely confused as to what happened in the 2 minutes I restarted my console to getting back in.
