My camera spins like crazy on sims 4 ps4

When I try to rotate the camera with my controller on PS4 the camera begins to spin out of control and sometimes there’s no way of stopping and I get dizzy that I just turn it off. So frustrating because I’ve bought these games and now I can barely play them. Someone please help!!!
