Married couple wouldn't be bff's

Hallo!

My English isn't very well.. but here's my problem: I made two sims, and they where married but I have the notification, 'they're not BF's anymore' 😔

This happened to me, too.  I made my Sim be BFFs with her daughter, which automatically updated to 'no longer BFFs with spouse."  I guess you can only have one BFF at a time.  Otherwise, do things in the Friendly mode with the person you want to be BFFs with again to get it back.  Hope that helps.
