Island Living items that fail in GTW

I've noticed a lot of items from island living can't be sold on a retail lot. None of the clothes on mannequins, sunblock, any of the floaties, fish traps, beach towels, and I'm sure a few others that I didn't add to my watercraft/beach stuff store in Sulani.
