In Game Login Verification Problems [ Edited ]

So I bought Sims 4 for my xbox and every time I try to link my ea profile it says login verification and it lists an email that isnt mine or mobile app authenticator but both things arent mine and it wont let me change email just those two options even though I just got the game those are the two options list to receive a code to sign in but I cant put my email (it wont let me change or even have a reset password though it's not my email) I never put those there please help me out here someone
