I cant interact with anything in live mode?

I have the sims 4 on ps4. I have no cc or mods. 

I cannot interact with any objects or other sims in live mode, but I can click between sims profiles and look at needs. I have tried everything I could think of to fix it but nothing is working. I even deleted the household and restarted but it still isn't letting me interact with anything.

Please help

@PoptartJuniper okay so I turned on the game and its now working. I have no clue how i fixed it, but its working perfectly fine now

@tokoyami-exe Did you happen to pick an object up right as a pop up window appeared, such as an interaction for naming a book or a window for a spaceship interaction?
