I can't save my lots or sims to my library (Mac)

Whenever I would want to save my lot or my household, my game would get stuck and I'm not able to save it or click out of it. So I have to exit the game because of that. I use mods and cc so are there any broken mods causing this after the update?? (july 31 2018)

You may have some out of date mods/cc I have run into this issue before as well. The best thing to do is to make a folder on your desktop and put all your old mods/cc in the folder. After everything is in that folder try running the game and see if it works. If it does and you want to keep your cc/mods you need to go get the updated versions of them and reinstall them.
