How do I recover my game saved data on Xbox one s

Hi, so I have sims 4 on my Xbox one and the other day I made a new game with my old game still on it because I thought it would save. but when I went back to load game it wasn’t there anymore only the new game I made was. So my question is, how can I recover my old game and data?

@Lovekennavlogs If you are signed in to the correct profile the old game was on, and were not prompted to download a game save from the cloud, you may have saved over the original save by accident.
