Help!?! :/

I noticed my game kept crashing when I try placing a lot on build mode or when sometimes I travel with an sim to an lot. I noticed this after an crash the other day when trying to place an lot I couldn't find it under my libary or no of the saved households.
 All my saved households and saved lots are gone and it only showed the ore made saved household and lots. On the gallery under your personal libary. 

‌However the gameplay is still in contact besides that slow saving.

I do not have photo or video to show.

I'm also on console on xbox.

I solved it you have to go under manage apps on the sims 4 on xbox and delete the reserve page and open the game

I also reported under bug reports but sadly no one ever got back and same with the case information

I also meant pre made households and lots is shown know for some odd reason
