so, about a week ago I got onto my game and started playing. a little bit after I was playing I got a little pop up that said something about losing data and my game shutting down on its own in about 15 minutes because of something about a license? today I logged into my game and everything in my gallery before yesterday is completely gone. all of the sims I’ve made and all of the buildings I’ve built are gone. anyone know how to fix this and get my stuff back?

Are you logged in to the account that purchased the game and dlc?

Is the purchasing account still on your PS4?
