Having a hard time saving game gives me error code

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.21
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Practically all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t think I can
What happens when the bug occurs? Error code
What do you expect to see? Lagging and slowness I try and save often but I’ve lost a decent chunk of gameplay
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I don’t think so but I know that it’s having to do with saving

I think it’s my ps4 pro. I had gotten stuck being frozen in the sims 4 and I had to unplug it so it’s been giving me problems since freezing, game corruption, safe mode loop, I contacted Sony after I attempted to fix it, they gave me tips that I have yet to try because I’ve been working. Any suggestions
