Having Packs dissapear and in game purchases lost [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.28
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Dogs and cats, Perfect Patio Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff, Get Famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug that is occurring on my console is that when ever I log into my sims4 game my Seasons pack only shows up and none of my other packs that I have bought a while back dont show up
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not see any of my packs I bought appear except for 1 (Seasons)
What do you expect to see? All my packs to be restored and I can use them again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hello there madam/Sir  I would really appreciate if you could help me with this problem I was experiencing this problem for 2 or so more days. I wanted to see if my packs would mabey load back to normal but they haven't. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I have spent quite abit of money and would like to know if you could assist me with this problem. @Ocean_Riptide16 Please make sure you are logged in to the account that purchased the packs, or that the account that purchased your packs is still on the console. Packs only appear for the purchasing account for download.

@PoptartJuniper so, If I buy a pack and my son wants to play on his account he doesn't have access to the packs I already purchased on the same Playstation?
Seems crappy... Other games have the additional content available for the whole system... regardless of who bought the pack...

@Blood0rchid The packs are available for all users on the playstation so long as the account that purchased the packs is on the playstation and the playstation is the primary console.

It is the same as other games. (Except a couple popular MMOs)
