Get famous pack not downloading.

So I play on xbox one and I bought the get famous pack today. As usual, the game tells your to download the pack to use but THIS time, I attempted to download it MULTIPLE times and still won't work. I thought this was weird because my cats and dogs pack downloaded PERFECTLY but the get famous pack didn't??? I just kinda wasted 20 bucks so if I can get some help that would be nice.
