Game freezes when clicking on sims computer

Hello,

so I have sims 4 on my Xbox one s with a few expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs. When I try to click on a sims computer the game freezes for a few minutes before it brings up the menu. Second to that my sound crackles in game. It doesn’t happen any other time than when I play sims. Issues happened after I installed Eco Lifestyle. 

Help?

also Xbox has 94GB Free memory space.

I have looked at the post on this link.  It really isn't helpful for the computer use bugs.

@yamsisims This post was from before the last patch fixed some issues with computers. The linked post is updated with each patch. What is posted in it now is not relevant to this post.

There is information on where to find bug reports in the linked post.
