I contacted EA and they said to post it on a forum so I guess here goes. I have purchased and played with many packs but now only 2 (1 of the 2 are on the disc) packs are recognized and stay. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and packs as much as I could. Problem is, it’s claiming I never bought the packs and are asking me to buy it again!! The island life pack was on my CD so it didn’t ask me to buy it again. I just bought the magic realm pack so that was also fine. But here are the packs I no longer have: Snowy Escape, Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, Get To Work, and Vampires. That’s 6 packs I no longer have! And when I went to the Xbox store to redownload it - it claims I need to buy it!! I already bought it! At full price too! I contacted EA and so far they said this was my best bet.
