Frozen The Sims 4 HELP!!! [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pets
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Controller disconnected, went to save after reconnect and I am frozen
What happens when the bug occurs? The only button on my controller now working is in game is the left thumb stick (controls) and when I press it I get the controls display with ONLY the left thumb stick; all other buttons have no function. The Xbox button does take me to the main Xbox menu.
What do you expect to see? Should be able to have full controls
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@davespeer75 Can you try connecting your controller to the system with a cable to see if it works to get the system to see the controller?

Unfortunately, you may need to power down your system and restart it. You will lose any unsaved progress.
