Freeze

Since i updated my game its freezing when talking to someone the speech bubbles keep flashing rapidly and i am losing freindhip points.https://twitter.com/Yamcloudy003/status/1555232341446086659

Where is your game freezing on you?

Are these other issues happening on different save files as well?

@EA_Solaire Freezes on my old save and my new one i made today as you can see in the video my sim is talking to someone and everybody has froze.

Try these steps please:

• Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings
• Select Network Settings
• Select Advanced Settings
• Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address
• Select Clear
• Allow the console to restart when prompted

Let me know if you still have issues once you've done that.

@EA_Solaire It didnt work i think the sim im using is corrupted other sims can have conversations but the sim im playing cant.
