Come to think of it, I'm having issues with that too. But it's at a residential house for my multiple households.

I have contacted EA games support, about this very issue. They gave me the run around. They ran me through the same paces as Microsoft support did. Examples. Hard start the Xbox. Delete account, reload account. Hard start the modem. So, on and so forth. And here I see 2 more people, having the same issues. And nothing posted from the community, or tech support, so on and so forth, as to a fix or it's being worked on. Which leads me to believe, EA games, don't know how to fix it, or they don't care. Posible reasoning, they have our money, no reason to fix it? At least, that's my best guess? EA GAMES, Please fix this.
