Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load saved game. Randomly crashes after about 5 minutes
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes
What do you expect to see? No crashing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch 1.34 and Patch 1.33

Please fix! I have not been able to play since the November 10, 2020 update.

Same problem. Updated with the new patch and updated the PS4. But game still crashes randomly after just a few minutes

Xbox still freezing and crashing at plumbob load screen no matter what I do even after todays emergency patch!!!!

I'm still experiencing crashing on Ps4 after the 1.34 patch. The game no longer crashes in build mode, but I can't load into live play at all without a crash. I have every stuff pack, game pack, and expansion pack except for Star Wars and Snowy Escape which I will never buy after this disaster of a patch and fix.

I don't use cheats and have tried the sound workaround, turning my internet off, and deleting my auto save file. No luck. It's just building houses or complete garbage crashes. 

I haven't been able to play my game correctly and consistently since November 10th. 9 days with a subpar game that I've literally spent hundreds of dollars on. It's apparent that EA and Maxis care little about their end user and a lot about how much money they can get.

I want an honest answer as to why they can't just remove the November 10th patch and work on the fixes without a live piece of crap being forced onto players. And, Snowy Escape is not a good enough excuse in my opinion.

Yeah actually it ended a few hours before in my save.
