There isn't much stuff in those packs and a lot of people mistake the animal hats for a bike helmet. The free packs don't include icons like the other packs so you have to search around to see if you've got them. Here's a list of everything included in those packs.

Animal hats (1 hat with multiple skins.)

Up all night (Hot dog costume, clown costume, sombrero, death costume, clown makeup, laser light ball, yin yang rug)

Life of the Party, (one male outfit, one female outfit, a tiki bar.)
