Emotional painting disappearing

We created three of the emotion paintings so far (2 flirty and 1 focused). All three have disappeared off the walls. I don’t know the exact time between creation and disappearance. Is this a bug or a “feature”?

Do you have kleptomaniac friends?

Do they appear if you put the walls up? Press the Left D-Pad button to cycle walls.
