Dine Out Never Included in Sales PS4

Hi,

I have looked everywhere for an answer to this so I am here. Lol 

The Sims 4 Dine Out is NEVER included in the sales on PS4… is this an error? 

I know there has been errors on the PlayStation store before (Cats & Dogs … and Batu) so I thought I’d ask here in the forum. 

I have been waiting to but Dine out for over a year and it has never shown a sale price. 

given how glitchy this pack is .. it doesn’t make sense that you can only buy it full price. 

I tried to contact support for both PlayStation and EA and couldn’t get anyone to answer or find the information anywhere in the forums.

any ideas???

ive had this question to because out of all the packs its the only one i want that i dont have. i find it really odd cause whats so different about to to not be on sale?
