Dine Out Bill Doubled

When paying for a bill at a restaurant the bill is always double what it says it will be, this happens every time my Sims go to a restaurant.

Same here. Would be nice if we could get an answer about that as well as why Sims I have active but are not playing at the time have on clothing I didn't set for them
