Date Event has no tasks

I have the Sims 4 on ps4 and just recently the date events have stopped working. Both sims show up but tasks or timer appear so I can't get any medals for the event which is bad because my one sims aspiration is Soulmates. Any help or fixes that I can do?

If a sim gets a hold of you and asks if you want to go on a date, the tasks wont appear. Just do what you usually would if you were the one to call

I don't have any task either. I can click to put the objectives, it refuses. And I have no current calendar events or anything else. So I do not have access to gold, silver or bronze medals. A solution ?
