Crashing every time i play my sims..

I have been playing my sims since it came out. I made like three sims with a big family. Ever since i build three big houses in the same area, i couldnt even play my sims family in that same area anymore. It just kept crashing me out. Do we need a new update patch to fix this or what???

If this is on a console, consider contacting customer support.

Things you can try:

-Lower resolution

-Lower graphics

-Disable offline mode

On a console, there isn't much wiggle room. But, I hope this helps!
