Go to sims 4 on your PS4 Home Screen 

Go down to PlayStation store

go to Add-Ons click on it 

it should have an arrow beside click that arrow it should download it, it worked for me

Ok everyone I got in touch with Sony and they helped me fix the problem I was having with my cottage living for PS4 .. if anyone is still having this problem I would be glad to share what I did that helped

Mine also says unavailable. At one point it had a countdown. I’m bummed I’ve tried everything.

Hey I got it to download. I went to add ons and from there it lets you click the arrow to download.

So I pre-order cottage living for my Xbox one and I have the gnome on the go digital content but I don't have cottage living it self I don't want to have to buy it a second time when I pre-order it before it came out that is just ridiculous can someone please help resolve this issue

I preordered the cottage living pack already. There's no download button on Playstation Store US.
