Cats and dogs not working ps4

I have purchased a dlc  for sims 4 cats and dogs for ps4 last month. Cant get it to work...

Anyone got any suggestions? Rebooting doesnt help.

@Bert_GTT01 That's how it appears but the Cats and Dogs isn't even on the page to show you that you don't have it.

@Bert_GTT01 My First Pets pack does not work without Cats and Dogs installed.I don't actually even see Cats and Dogs on the screen you showed. Is that the issue?

I believe I get it... i have only bought the accessories DLC and not the pets DLC? Am I correct?
