Can’t access Eco Lifestyle [ Edited ]

I have the Sims 4/Eco Lifestyle bundle disc for Xbox One. Had it for a few months with no issues. Tried to play today for the first time in a couple weeks, and launching the game from the disc, it is telling me I don’t own the eco lifestyle expansion and need to purchase again. How can I get my expansion back?

@gobeavs42 Is the disc in the drive the Eco Lifestyle Disc and not a different DLC disc?

@PoptartJuniper Yeah it’s the only disc we have. I think I got it though. I signed into my Xbox live profile (we were trying on my wife’s non-Xbox live profile) and it showed up on mine. And now shows up on hers. Thanks though!
