Can’t Journey to Batuu

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I purchased the Journey to Batuu DLC. I have the costumes in my options but cannot go to Galaxy’s Edge. I’ve downloaded the DLC multiple times and says installed at store but says waiting to install on my Notifications. I’ve restarted, re downloaded, started in safe mode, made ps4 primary.
