Can not save games

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.17.4.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? save at any time in anyway and it won’t save.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message occurs
What do you expect to see? The game to save properly. And for it to save to my worlds.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Since this bug has occurred I can not save the game and multiple worlds of mine have been deleted. Progress is often lost and game changes don’t occur. Since this toddlers can not drink from silly cups. It only allows them to put it in their inventory.

Hi JJHITS,

I apologize that this has been happening and hope it hasn't continued! Since the recent update, has the glitching/not saving continued? EA mentioned they would roll out a Hotfix, has that happened for your Xbox One?

Side note: The multiple worlds deletion is something I've never heard of but I hope this article helps.
