CAS Glitches for Sims 4 on PS4

On my male Sims I cannot move their nose bridges/make their noses longer. Also, while I edit their faces in CAS, their faces will suddenly change and distort the features that I just added. Additionally, mermaid eyes are broken too, because when I add them to their mermaid form they do not transfer to their other form and sometimes the mermaid eyes aren't available to click on at all.
