Age up

I paid for two expansion packs and I haven’t played since the last update, I’ve noticed the kids that are meant to go school are still in the house even though it’s shows them as absent! Also when trying to age them up it doesn’t happen, this goes for changing sim or build mode. I have sent screenshots as I reported it on PS4 but honestly I’ve spent £100 on this for it to keep crashing, I’ve deleted and reinstalled it, considered deleting an expansion pack.
