Summarize your bug Specialist goals are still getting reset if you don't finish the whole race weekend in one shot. Backing out to the menu resets them.

Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? NA
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go into career mode, pick some specialist goals, start the weekend, complete some goals in practice, back out to main menu to take a break, go back to qualify and your goals will be reset.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get upset because I then can't complete those goals any longer.
What do you expect to see? I expect completed goals to save between sessions during the weekend just like everything else.
