Level 10 Achievements Reset?

@EA_Blueberry  What happened to the level 10 Achievements, they reset.  I was up to 296 rare players and over 75 epic players and now they reset to 0?  Can you please look into this?  That's 2000 Madden Cash that's now not available for months.

@EA_Blueberry yes, still reset.  Just the feat of Rare Collection X and the Feat of Epic Collection X.  Weird because Feat of Uncommon Collection X did not reset.

@EA_Blueberry This appears to be wide spread. This had happened to me and all my league mates.

@EA_Blueberry I assume the only ones who would notice this would have to be on level 10 of each.

@Leighton3737 @EA_Blueberry For me the Epic reset at Level 9, Rare at level 10 but the same day for both.

@ElmoPeabody Same for me. Doesn't appear to be related to what level they were at. It's a bug with the epic and rare counters.

@EA_Blueberry  anything on this?  I sent a private message a while back as requested.  I tried to resend you a private message and now it's telling me I've reached my limit in private messages.  I've only sent 1 in the past months, so I have no clue how I'd be at a limit.
