Hello, today when I opened my PC and tried to play F1 23 (that I got from Xbox Gamepass and play since 2-3 months) I encountered the Error "You don't have access". Then when I opened EA App I saw that all my games from Xbox Gamepass have disappeared from my EA library, and only the game that I still have access is Fifa, which I bought. As I proceed to download the game F1 23 again, this time I encounter the error "There is a problem with your download ". I want to mention that I can still see the game files on my SSD and everything was working fine yesterday.

So now I can't play the game, although files are still there and can't download again either. And not only F1 23, I can't download any game from that comes from Xbox Gamepass.

What I tried:

-> Controlling my Xbox Gamepass (valid till 15/5)

-> Checking if my Xbox and EA is still linked 

-> Resetting the cache of EA App with Recovery

-> Uninstalling & installing EA App

-> Opening F1 23 through .exe file

Same here yesterday I played with my friends just fine today I have the same problem and tried the same things

Same here. The game dissapeared from EA App and can't fix it now.

man i should have red the forums first.  i unistalled thinking it was my PC that caused the problem and now i can't get the game back.  This really really blows!!!!!

I have the EXACT same problem, and now i'm worried that i will lose all my progress and that i won't be able to re-download it again (I deleted it to try and restart it)

I am also having the same issue. Was fine yesterday but today it has disappeared
