Diassapeared Player in MM18

Hi,

if this is a double post, i am sorry i couldn´t find my original Post...

i cantacted the European Support because a Player in the Game dissapeared.

The European Case numbers are: 40096608 and 40126772.

I completed the Eastern Hero Set and claimed a 110OVR Player D.J. Reader.

I put the Player in the Hero Masters Set because i want to grind the Brandin Brooks Master.

After the Crystal Update my 110 OVR Player disappearered and is now nowhere to find in my Game.

Is this a known Problem? What can i do to fix this?
