Auction house bug

I placed a bid on two cards and then the card on action dissapeared and I did not get my coins back (if someone overbid me), or if I won the bid I never got the card I placed the bid on.

I just updated from season 6 to season 7 for nba live mobile, 

Now my 700 plus players are missing from the list, 

I posted this on the wrong message board.
