What the heck is going on! It shows I am a member of club pogo but it says I need to join the club and is showing all the ads. This is messed up! Please fix I have been a member of club pogo for many years. When I try to join it says server error. I should not have to rejoin something I all ready have paid for. Please fix.

I have lost my pogo gems and everything wants me to sign in as new member ive pay pogo every mo. On time for years p;ease fix it

When you try to sign in, and you click on the avatar in the upper right corner, does it show the correct screen name? It's possible you're logging into the wrong account.
One thing you can try is to sign in using the correct Pogo screen name using the specific option to, and then when prompted, use a new email address for the account.
To sign in with your screenname:
From there, you may be prompted for an email address. Please add a new unique email address not used on any other Pogo or EA account at that time.
If you're still having difficulty, please try contacting EA Help and an EA Help game advisor can assist from there to find the account and get you access once more.

I think they show me as angelface14301 and in my pogo membership program I am angelface14300. what is going on, this place has gone from bad to worse.

It's possible in your case that you may have more than one account, or that there's some slight confusion between the Pogo screenname and your EA display name.
You can change your EA display name at any time by signing into https://profile.ea.com and clicking Edit next to the name. So long as it is not in use as another EA display name, it is available.

It looks like you're posting here under two different accounts, so it's possible you're trying to access Pogo from the one that's not a member. Can you try both accounts to see which one has the Club access on it?
