i bought some games last night...i agreed of course to the cost but it took double the gems as i am missing 1000 gems....i tried getting thru to the online chat but that doesn't work..can someone please help

OK I don't know who to contact about This problem but yesterday I had 2540 I bought some individual challenges along with all 5 of the garden challenge bundles after all of that totaled about and 900 gems I should have had about 1500 gems left I only had 500 so I am missing a 1000 gems there and to day I just bought 2 of the $40 bundles which should have equalled 1200 gems I only got a 1000 of the other games are double charging so altogether I am out 1500 tokens I need some help please

I'm sorry to hear you're missing Gems. When you check your Pogo Gems Transaction Record under My Account, it should show where all Gems were earned and spent. Do you see the transactions there?

yes i saw where i bought them but they did not all register

If something is off between your bank statements and the Gem transaction record, please reach out to EA Help and they can take a look at the transaction history on EA's side.
