losing connection and turn over before i get a chance to play

when playing scrabble, I play with robots..my turn is over immediately before I even get a chance to play.  I keep losing connection..this is so frustrating..

I am playing on the new Edge but I have also tried Foxfire and Chrome.  Still the same thing.  Losing connection about 8 words in and can't reconnect.  Also getting timed out way before my turn is up.  Some times it will do the time out while the bot is still playing.  He should get the time out not me.  I did the connectivity troubleshooting it was fine..I have tried everything that was suggested still the same.  I love this game and getting frustrated bc of all the problems.  I also ran the compatibility scan everything was ok but the Java.  My renewal is coming up so this will decide if I want to renew or not...

Hey there, @Mickiszap1. Thanks so much for sharing!

It looks like there's some big jumps between your best and worst ping times. The difference between worst and best shouldn't be more than 100ms apart, but in the case of even one of your first hops, the best time was 5ms and the worst time was 138ms. This can be indicative of a jittery or spikey connection. I would reach out to your ISP and share the results of this test.

In all lines, it looks like not all 715 sent packets were received, so there was some loss in every hop. While loss has been fairly low on most hops, there is one hop where it had 100% loss with every packet sent. That would also be helpful to share with your ISP.
