New version of Canasta is very slow and unplayable [ Edited ]

Hey there, everyone!

Marked as a Solution for visibility only. This is not a fix.

The Pogo team is looking for more information about computers unable to play Canasta HD, whether that's loading issues, slow gameplay, or graphical issues. Part of that information is DxDiags (Windows) or System Reports (macOS) to help narrow down what may be occurring and to assist with optimizing the website.

• If you haven't already, please try the HTML5 troubleshooting, as it can narrow down if it is something that can be tweaked to run smoother on your computer.
  
  
• If you are still having difficulty, please gather a DxDiag or System Report.

I have tried to send my System Report but keep getting the mess "unsupported extension type" when I try to attach to this reply email.  What now?

@EA_Arrenai I did update Microsoft edge and restarted my computer. Nothing else open but POGO. Still doesn't work at a speed that is playable. Guess I'll look into adding more RAM. How can Gin HD play so well and Canasta HD not?

Canasta is not playing right.  It is sticking, and for each level of the game, I have to exit the game and re-enter in order to play the full game.

A DM is a Direct Message. If you click the little arrow next to your name at the upper right, you'll see an Inbox option. You can send private messages from there.

To help us keep track of your issue, I merged it with an existing thread on the issue. Can you look over the accepted solution at the beginning of the thread? If the troubleshooting doesn't help, we could really use your DxDiag to help track it down.
