I don't know what else to do to fix this ongoing issue. Every time I play, i'll get to a few moves then it freezes. Now I have to finish the requirement for the tournament and it keeps freezing. I've tried using Microsoft edge browser, it works for a few moves and then freezes and I lose all my progress. I've tried getting help from support and they can't help, I don't know what else to do. Is anyone else having this same issue? Or can anyone give me any information on what I can do to fix the issue? Any information will help! - Thank you!

I'm glad you mentioned about playing on the phone. I had the old app that only gave a few games, but logged in just now to see I am able to use the entire site thru early access. Thank you!
