TROUBLE SIGNING IN TO POGO ACCESS [ Edited ]

Good morning,

Just want to know if anyone knows if there are any issues with signing in on pogo access?

I seem to have trouble signing in, my email and password is correct, but it's not going through, please help

When I go to pogo.com all I see is gray screen with lighter gray where the games are supposed to be.  I logged in this morning and played then this afternoon all I got was the gray screen it doesn't even have a place to sigh in . other than the pogo headliner there is  nothing but gray,   I have been playing pogo for over 14 years now and am pretty upset and I dont like being called newbie

I'd love to look into why the website isn't loading for you. To help track it down, can you share a few things?

• In the Pogo Compatibility Tool, can you share what it lists for Browser Version?
• Can you attach your DxDiag (Windows) or System Report (macOS, saved as a PDF)?

These would help a lot in investigating the issue.

having the same issues, I did contact EA about it. Someone was to get back to me, but never did

Hey there, @evnwolf. I'm just checking in. Did you check in on the status of your case yet?

If you are still having difficulty, there's a few things you can try:

• Try another browser to see if it may be settings on your specific browser keeping you from being able to log in.
• Test activating third-party cookies to see if it remembers your login and Club Pogo status correctly.
