Summer Seascape Treasure Chase - Not getting credit

I contacted help when I didn't receive credit for one of the challenges. The support guy hadn't even heard of the Chase! I was kept on hold for 40 mins. while he tried to figure out what it was. I was told they couldn't figure out how to give me credit and I needed to call back the next day for additional help. They also said they would send me an email w/all the info in it. They never sent the email. When I tried to contact them today, they refused to speak to me. They sent me here. My case is #62582526. Can anyone help me?

I took a look and it shows that you have Summer Seascape I, II and III all completed, which were all of the clues available at the time you posted this question. It looks like everything's in place.

I’m not sure if there is anyone here who can give you credit but are you sure you were playing the correct game?

@Moogan1201 Hey! Yes, I'm sure it was the correct game. It said if I finished the challenge it would go to the Treasure Chest. Plus, I played every other game.
I know you guys can't help me. Why is support ignoring me?

I have to admit that this was a circumstance of stupidity on my part. I got a couple things mixed up and "Help" was no help.
All is well in the Treasure Chase. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.

Aww, don't say that silly s-word. Treasure Chases are still relatively new in the land of Pogo, so confusion happens sometimes. I'm really happy to hear that it's resolved though. Good luck with the rest of the Chase!

What’s the clue? Solitaire Blitz was one of the games in the first set of clues.

@EA_Arrenai I need help getting credit for the Jet Set portion. I have played this back and forth, and up and down but I'm not getting credit. I have completed all the other challenges. Can someone help me, please?
